Cooley Lures Corporate Partner From Ropes & Gray

Christopher J. Austin co-founded Ropes & Gray's San Francisco office and had been the head of that firm's technology company and venture capital practice. He started work at Cooley on Tuesday, only a day after leaving his old firm.
