Massey Fights To Oust Protesters From W.Va. Mine

Law360, New York (February 02, 2010, 5:31 PM ET) -- A Massey Energy Co. unit has won a temporary restraining order in its effort to keep tree-climbing environmental protesters away from a West Virginia coal mine, scoring a victory ahead of the company's planned request for a preliminary injunction against the protesters.
