EU OKs $5B Deal Joining IMS Health, Investment Funds

Law360, New York (February 03, 2010, 12:29 PM ET) -- European competition authorities have signed off on TPG Capital LP and Canada-based pension manager CPP Investment Board's $5.2 billion deal to acquire IMS Health Inc., finding that the transaction would not significantly curb competition in Europe.
