DRAM Makers To Face Antitrust Claims In EU

Law360, New York (February 03, 2010, 5:00 PM ET) -- European antitrust regulators are reportedly poised to accuse 10 memory chip producers of fixing prices in the market for dynamic random access memory, including Samsung Electronics Co., Infineon Technologies AG and Elpida Memory Inc.

A charge sheet from the European Commission could be released as early as this week, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing unnamed sources familiar with the probe.
