3 Favors The NLRB Could Do For Organized Labor

Law360, New York (March 10, 2010, 2:45 PM EST) -- With much of President Barack Obama's legislative agenda stalled in Congress, the administration might look to the National Labor Relations Board to implement some pro-union measures envisioned in the Employee Free Choice Act and other bills, attorneys say.
