Claims In Minerva Mobile Media Patents Invalid: Judge

Law360, New York (February 05, 2010, 5:10 PM ET) -- The intellectual property portfolio of Minerva Industries Inc. has taken a hit, with a federal judge ruling that claims in two of its oft-litigated mobile media technology patents are invalid for indefiniteness.
