Union Pacific Looks To Share Liability In CERCLA Suit

Law360, New York (February 5, 2010, 6:28 PM EST) -- Union Pacific Railroad Co. has accused 49 additional parties of partial liability for more than $31 million in cleanup costs at a Superfund site in Oklahoma City, tacking them onto its third-party complaint in an environmental suit originally brought by federal and state agencies.
