Amerisure Off The Hook For $2.2M Arbitration Award

Law360, New York (February 08, 2010, 5:20 PM ET) -- A federal judge has released Amerisure Mutual Insurance Co. from its obligation to defend and indemnify The Auchter Co. with respect to a $2.2 million arbitration award entered against the company for its allegedly faulty construction work.
