Commerce Slashes Dumping Rates On Chinese Beds

Law360, New York (February 8, 2010, 4:42 PM EST) -- Conducting a review of anti-dumping duties on wooden bedroom furniture from China, trade regulators have made a preliminary finding that a respondent and a dozen other manufacturers warrant dumping rates at a fraction of the 216 percent margin generally imposed on relevant 2008 exports.
