Rejected Chrysler Dealers Lose Fight Over Contracts

Law360, New York (February 08, 2010, 1:28 PM ET) -- A bankruptcy judge has refused to reconsider an order giving Chrysler LLC castoff Old Carco LLC the green light to reject executory contracts and unexpired leases with a slew of U.S. automobile dealers.

Judge Arthur J. Gonzalez of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Friday denied the motion filed by more than 50 car dealers to reconsider his June 9 rejection order and his June 19 rejection opinion.
