Fed. Circ. Affirms $5M Patent Award For SEB

Law360, New York (February 08, 2010, 2:26 PM ET) -- Detecting no error in the lower court's decision, a federal appeals court has upheld an award of $4.88 million in damages and interest for French home cooking appliance maker SEB SA in its suit accusing Pentalpha Enterprises Ltd. of infringing a patent for a plastic skirt on a deep fryer.
