Akin Gump Adds 3 Top IP Litigators From Woodcock

Law360, New York (February 09, 2010, 4:09 PM ET) -- Woodcock Washburn LLP litigation practice leader Dianne Elderkin, who helped secure the largest patent litigation verdict in U.S. history, is leaving the firm with two fellow partners to join Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP’s Philadelphia office.

Akin Gump representatives said Tuesday that Elderkin, as well as partners Barbara L. Mullin and Steven D. Maslowski, will start at the firm within the next several days.
