Rothstein Partner Sued Over $1.2M In Ponzi Funds

Law360, New York (February 09, 2010, 2:28 PM ET) -- The lawyers overseeing the bankruptcy of disgraced Ponzi schemer Scott W. Rothstein's law firm have sued name partner Russell Adler seeking to recover $1.2 million in fraudulent transfers that allegedly financed a Manhattan co-op apartment, among other purchases.

Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler PA Chapter 11 trustee Herbert Stetting filed his adversary complaint against Adler and his wife, Katie, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida on Monday.
