Judge Approves Champion Enterprises Auction
Law360, New York (February 09, 2010, 12:49 PM ET) -- Homebuilder Champion Enterprises Inc. has received approval from a U.S. bankruptcy court to move forward with its plans to auction off all its assets.
In an order issued Monday Judge Kevin Gross of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware signed off on Champion's proposed sale procedures, noting that a sale hearing will be held March 2, the day after the auction, to consider approval of the proposed asset sale.
