Law360, New York (February 09, 2010, 12:58 PM ET) -- Taiwanese technology company PixArt Imaging Inc. has filed a declaratory judgment suit arguing that it has not infringed Avago Technologies Ltd.'s patents for optical sensor technology.
PixArt filed the complaint Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of California, asking the court to declare the patents covered by a licensing agreement that the plaintiff reached with Avago predecessor Agilent Technologies Inc. following a patent infringement suit.
