Water Co. Says Ex-Workers Stole Honda Business

Law360, New York (February 09, 2010, 6:19 PM ET) -- Water treatment and filtration specialist U.S. Water Services has fired back in suit lodged by two former workers seeking to void noncompete clauses, claiming that the workers conspired to steal lucrative business involving a Honda Motor Co. factory.

Cambridge, Minn.-based U.S. Water filed counterclaims on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia against the former workers and their Georgia-based company, OG-Energy LLC.
