Law360, New York (February 09, 2010, 6:57 PM ET) -- A group of drug company defendants is fighting back after a recent loss in a battle with New York City and 42 New York counties over allegedly inflated average wholesale drug prices, requesting clarification on the New York law at issue in the litigation.
