Senate Confirms Greenaway For 3rd Circ. Seat

Law360, New York (February 09, 2010, 5:31 PM ET) -- The U.S. Senate voted unanimously Tuesday to confirm U.S. District Judge Joseph A. Greenaway Jr. to fill a vacancy on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Senators approved Greenaway by a vote of 84-0, after massive snowstorms in Washington forced Democratic leaders to push back the vote from its originally scheduled time Monday.
