Judge Upholds DOC's Duties On Chinese Crawfish

Law360, New York (February 9, 2010, 6:48 PM EST) -- A federal judge has affirmed a U.S. Department of Commerce decision to impose strict anti-dumping duties on a company that imports freshwater crawfish tail meat from China.

Judge R. Kenton Musgrave of the U.S. Court of International Trade ruled Tuesday that substantial evidence supported the 188.52 percent total adverse facts available rate that Commerce slapped on Xuzhou Jinjiang Foodstuffs Co. Ltd. for a one-year period from 2005 to 2006.
