Chinese Cos. Challenge Silicon Metal Duties

Law360, New York (February 10, 2010, 3:32 PM EST) -- Three Chinese companies have sued the U.S. government in an effort to overturn anti-dumping duties imposed on silicon metal manufacturers by the Department of Commerce following an administrative review for the period from June 1, 2007, to May 31, 2008.

Jiangxi Gangyuan Silicon Industry Co. Ltd., Shanghai Jinneng International Trade Co. Ltd. and Datong Jinneng Industrial Silicon Co.
