Keep Expert In Juice False Ad Trial, Coke Says

Law360, New York (February 09, 2010, 6:54 PM ET) -- A jury should hear testimony from a Columbia University professor that could eviscerate Pom Wonderful LLC's damages claim in its false advertisement suit against Coca-Cola Co., Coke said Tuesday.

The court should allow testimony from Columbia Business School professor Ran Kivetz, who will say that Pom Wonderful's damages estimate is vastly overstated, Coke said in a motion in limine filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
