CCS Medical Disclosure Statement Approved

Law360, New York (February 10, 2010, 1:25 PM ET) -- A bankruptcy court judge has given the go-ahead to bankrupt medical device maker CCS Medical Inc.'s disclosure statement for its prepackaged restructuring plan, which a group of second-lien lenders are opposing because they say the plan squashes their claims.

In an order signed Tuesday, Judge Christopher S. Sontchi of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware also set CCS's plan confirmation hearing for March 1 and said that all objections to the prepackaged plan be received no later than March 5.
