Littler Mendelson Adds Shareholders In Birmingham

Law360, New York (February 12, 2010, 4:48 PM ET) -- Employment firm Littler Mendelson PC has added former Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz PC attorneys Charles Powell and Jennifer Swain as shareholders in the firm's Birmingham, Ala., office.

The two, who started earlier in February, did not move from Baker Donelson as a team, but they will work both together and independently at Littler Mendelson, according to firm.

“Charles and Jennifer are valuable additions to the Littler team,” said Jay St. Clair, managing shareholder of the Birmingham office.
