Porn Site Wants Microsoft IP Deal Kept Under Wraps

Law360, New York (February 11, 2010, 2:26 PM ET) -- Adult content publisher Perfect 10 Inc. is asking a federal judge not to disclose a previous settlement agreement with Microsoft Corp. to Google Inc. and Amazon.com Inc., both of which Perfect 10 is suing for copyright infringement.

On Wednesday, Perfect 10 asked Magistrate Judge Stephen Hillman of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California to stay an order he granted Tuesday compelling the production of the settlement agreement to Google and Amazon in the consolidated cases.
