Digitek Plaintiffs Win Bid For Actavis Audit Docs

Law360, New York (February 11, 2010, 4:33 PM ET) -- In multidistrict product liability litigation over the recalled heart medication Digitek, a magistrate judge has approved the plaintiffs' bid to force Actavis Inc. to turn over documents and testimony related to the firm's good manufacturing practices compliance audits.
