HTC Settles In Minerva Mobile Media Patent Suit

Law360, New York (February 11, 2010, 12:03 PM ET) -- HTC America Inc. has become the latest cell phone manufacturer to settle a far-reaching infringement suit brought by Minerva Industries Inc. over patents related to mobile media technology.

In a joint motion to dismiss filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the parties dropped all claims and counterclaims and agreed that each would bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
