Microsoft Deal Still Secret In Thumbnail Copyright Spat

Law360, New York (February 12, 2010, 4:35 PM ET) -- A federal judge has granted a stay to adult content Web site Perfect 10 Inc., relieving the company from having to turn over to Google Inc. and Amazon.com Inc. a previous copyright settlement the Web company made with Microsoft Corp.

On Thursday, Magistrate Judge Stephen Hillman of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California stayed an order he himself had granted on Tuesday, compelling the production of the Microsoft settlement agreement to both Google and Amazon.
