BofA, Bankers Get More Time For Discovery In OT Suit

Law360, New York (February 12, 2010, 12:36 PM EST) -- The federal judge overseeing a putative class action brought by a group of former Bank of America NA personal bankers has extended the discovery period, allowing both parties more time to investigate claims that the bank failed to pay its employees proper overtime.

Judge William Alsup of the U.S. District of the Northern District of California on Tuesday gave the parties until March 12 to take depositions of individuals with knowledge of the bank's overtime compensation practices.
