Senate Confirms Key International Trade Positions

Law360, New York (February 12, 2010, 5:39 PM ET) -- The U.S. Senate has confirmed former Bryan Cave LLP partner Kevin Wolf as the assistant secretary of commerce for export administration and former DLA Piper partner David Mills as assistant secretary of commerce for export enforcement at the U.S. Department of Commerce, among other nominees for federal international trade-related positions.
