9th Circ. Won't Hear Appeal Of Huge SRAM Class Cert.

Law360, New York (February 12, 2010, 6:20 PM ET) -- Semiconductor companies facing price-fixing litigation over static random access memory have lost their request to appeal the certification of a nationwide class of indirect purchasers, a ruling that could create a class of more than 100 million people.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday denied a petition by NEC Electronics Corp. and all other defendants for permission to appeal a lower court's ruling.
