Norwegian Fertilizer Giant Scoops Up Terra For $4.1B

Law360, New York (February 16, 2010, 2:50 PM ET) -- Touting the deal as a boon for its shareholders, Terra Industries Inc. said Tuesday that Yara International ASA would acquire the U.S.-based nitrogen products producer in a deal with an equity value of roughly $4.1 billion.
