AmEx Wins Summary Judgment In Six Sigma Fee Suit

Law360, New York (February 16, 2010, 2:54 PM ET) -- A federal judge has granted an American Express Co. unit summary judgment on all counts in a multimillion-dollar contract and damages case brought by The Capability Group Inc. related to fee payments for Six Sigma training.

Judge Douglas P. Woodlock's ruling, issued Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, marked a defeat for the plaintiff on all counts.
