Contractor Bumps County's $78M Suit To Fed. Court

Law360, New York (February 16, 2010, 5:30 PM ET) -- Project manager Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has removed to federal court a breach of contract suit Clark County, Nev., lodged against it seeking as much as $78.9 million in damages over alleged mismanagement of correctional center projects.

Jacobs docketed the case Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, refiling a complaint that alleged it grossly mismanaged the expansion of the Clark County Detention Center and the construction of the Regional Justice Center.
