ITC Ends Saxon's Probe Into Samsung, Palm

Law360, New York (February 16, 2010, 3:06 PM EST) -- Finding a proposed settlement to be fair, an administrative law judge for the U.S. International Trade Commission has terminated an ongoing investigation into Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and Palm Inc.'s alleged infringement of patents related to hand-held wireless technology.
