Nail Co. Seeks To Take Hammer To CIT Duty Finding

Law360, New York (February 17, 2010, 5:34 PM EST) -- National Nail Corp., a hardware products and services company, intends to challenge a recent U.S. Customs and Border Protection ruling that its imported plastic cap steel nails are within the scope of an anti-dumping duty order covering nails from China.

The Grand Rapids, Mich.-based company's summons, filed Friday the U.S. Court of International Trade, came after National Nail failed to challenge the steep anti-dumping fine based on a roofing exclusion.
