ATI Patent Suit Against Ford, Others Heads To Mich.

Law360, New York (February 17, 2010, 6:06 PM ET) -- Automotive Technologies International Inc. and defendant automakers including Ford Motor Co. and General Motors Co. have agreed to transfer the auto safety product research company's patent infringement suit to a federal court in Michigan, where a related suit against Delphi Corp. is pending.
