Law360, New York (December 13, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- A judge has ordered defense technology contractor Telos Corp. and its former auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, to turn over documents that may be helpful to a $51 million securities suit filed by Telos investors.
