Coal Co. Wants Bayer $10.5M Arbitration Win Dumped

Law360, New York (February 17, 2010, 1:29 PM ET) -- Central West Virginia Energy Inc. has asked a federal judge to overturn an approximately $10.5 million arbitration award to Bayer CropScience LP in a dispute over a coal sales agreement, arguing that the panel did not have jurisdiction to make the ruling.
