UPS Settles Drivers' FLSA Suit For $12.8M

Law360, New York (February 17, 2010, 12:16 PM EST) -- A unit of United Parcel Service Inc. has agreed to fork out $12.8 million to settle a wage-and-hour class action launched by a group of the company's drivers.

The parties filed a joint motion Tuesday asking the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California to grant final approval to the proposed settlement.
