Bereskin & Parr Loses Bid To Toss Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (February 17, 2010, 4:23 PM ET) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss security system company Touchcom Inc.’s malpractice suit against Canadian intellectual property firm Bereskin & Parr LLP, rejecting the law firm's argument that the suit is barred by the statute of limitations.
