O2Micro, MPS Headed To Trial Over Circuit Patent

Law360, New York (February 17, 2010, 6:24 PM EST) -- A federal judge has denied Monolithic Power Systems Inc.'s request for summary judgment in its declaratory suit against O2 Micro International Ltd. over a power converter circuit patent, paving the way for a July 12 trial.
