ITC Takes Clippers Again To Voltage Patent Fight

Law360, New York (February 22, 2010, 5:37 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has agreed to further trim the number of allegedly infringing products in Linear Technology Corp.'s case against Advanced Analogic Technologies Inc. over a patent for voltage regulators.

The ITC on Thursday adopted an administrative law judge's initial determination approving a consent order between the two companies to remove 10 out of more than 100 allegedly infringing AATI products from the enforcement proceeding.
