Martha Stewart Paper Punch Imports Misclassified: Suit

Law360, New York (February 19, 2010, 2:41 PM EST) -- The maker of Martha Stewart-brand paper punches used for craft projects has sued the U.S. government, alleging that the products are misclassified under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States.

Wilton Industries Inc. filed suit Thursday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, seeking to have the products reclassified under a different subheading that would allow them to be imported into the U.S. duty-free.
