Adidas Mark Suit Against Importer Ends With Injunction

Law360, New York (February 19, 2010, 1:39 PM ET) -- Georgia-based Clear Solutions has consented to a permanent injunction in a case brought by Adidas AG accusing the importer of selling soccer jerseys with the Adidas three-stripe mark.

Judge J. Owen Forrester of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia signed off on the injunction Thursday. Officials from Adidas and CS Imports LLC, which does business as Clear Solutions, signed the agreement in January.
