Law360, New York (February 19, 2010, 2:25 PM EST) -- Finding that the parent companies of once-bankrupt Archway & Mother's Cookies Inc. may be held liable as an employer, a federal judge has refused to dismiss a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act class action accusing them of failing to notify workers before shuttering the baking company's plants.
