Court Affirms Needle Co. Did Not Intend Infringement

Law360, New York (December 14, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- An appeals court has affirmed that a medical device company’s needle assembly patent was not infringed by an Australian manufacturer that sold its needle products to a Japanese medical supplier found guilty of direct infringement.
