Goldman Drops Suit Against Ex-Execs At Credit Suisse

Law360, New York (February 19, 2010, 4:40 PM ET) -- Goldman Sachs & Co. has quickly resolved the suit it filed Wednesday after a team of former high-level investment managers left the firm for Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, allegedly taking clients and other employees with them.

Just two days after filing a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Goldman Sachs voluntarily withdrew its case Friday.

Attorneys for Goldman Sachs could not be reached to comment on the sudden dismissal.
