Law360, New York (February 19, 2010, 6:59 PM EST) -- Despite objections from plaintiff AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP, a federal judge has adopted a magistrate judge's ruling that the drugmaker's patent infringement lawsuit against one defendant, Apotex Inc., over the cholesterol medication Crestor should be moved to Florida.
