No Malpractice Claim In Suit Over Dorsey's $4M Bill

Law360, New York (February 22, 2010, 6:48 PM ET) -- A Delaware court has denied a request by several former clients of Dorsey & Whitney LLP to add legal malpractice claims and allegations against a firm partner to a suit over what the ex-clients contend was an “excessive” $4 million bill.
