Water Co. Settles Noncompete Row With Ex-Workers

Law360, New York (February 23, 2010, 2:39 PM ET) -- U.S. Water Services Inc. has settled a suit lodged by two former workers seeking to void noncompete clauses, as well as counterclaims that the workers conspired to steal lucrative business involving a Honda Motor Co. factory.
